Long hours and industry disruptions might put added stress on workers, but almost 9 out of 10 supply chain management professionals are still satisfied with their career choice, according to respondents to CSCMP’s Supply Chain Quarterly’s Salary Survey. Among other pluses, they appreciate the constant variety of their work and the opportunity to solve complex problems. Of the 488 supply chain pros who completed our questionnaire, 93% would recommend the profession to someone entering the job market.
