Supply chain pay remains high, but job satisfaction dips

In CSCMP’s Supply Chain Quarterly’s Fourth Annual Salary Survey, overall job satisfaction dipped slightly from the previous year. While the study didn’t dig into the causes of that decline, it’s worth noting that more than three-quarters (77%) of the respondents also reported that they had taken on additional job responsibilities over the past three years. Here's a look at this year's survey results.
