The Massachusetts Institute of Technology's (MIT) Center for Transportation and Logistics says its four-day "Supply Chain Management: Driving Strategic Advantage" executive education course will teach attendees how to map the shape of future supply chains, access the latest thinking on operational resilience, and sharpen talent management skills. The course will be held June 11-14, 2013, at the MIT Faculty Club in Cambridge, Mass.
The program will provide an interactive mix of simulations, case studies, and knowledge gained from cutting-edge research. Areas to be covered include: integrated supply chain management, supply chain dynamics, sustainability and carbon footprint, managing uncertainty, current practices in leading companies, and supply chain alignment with corporate strategy.
