In this whitepaper, we delve deep into the interplay between human relationships and technology in logistics specifically. The inadequacies of the way things are currently done have been laid bare for all to see. We look to understand the inadequacies of modern logistics networks and the steps needed in order to rebuild the industry out of the embers of the current, ongoing supply chain challenges.

Starting at a very high level, supply chain is a complex web of participants. The essential and obvious collaborators are assumed to be the external entities and parties that are involved directly in the supply chain – suppliers, manufacturers, carriers, logistics brokers et al.
