Starbucks supply chain VP headlines CSCMP Europe Conference

Peter D. Gibbons, the executive vice president of global supply chain operations at Starbucks Coffee Co., will deliver the keynote address at the Council of Supply Chain Management (CSCMP) Europe 2012 Conference. The event will be held at the Hotel Frankfurt Airport April 24?25 in Frankfurt, Germany.

Topics to be covered during the conference include performance measurement, talent acquisition and management, collaboration, risk management, and customer-centric strategies.

On the day prior to the start of the conference (April 23), CSCMP will hold its 8th annual European Research Seminar, which examines contemporary issues in European logistics and supply chain management.
