Vlerick Leuven Gent Management School's Executive Master Class in Supply Chain Management combines lectures on the latest supply chain theories with practical instruction on tools and techniques. Students will also have a chance to see best practices in action during company visits.
This year-long course, which meets in the cities of Ghent and Leuven in Belgium, addresses both the strategic and operational issues related to supply chain structure and management. It consists of 11 three-day modules covering such topics as internal logistics, collaboration strategies, lean and agile supply chains, globalization strategies, and purchasing.
