Retailers were still honing their omnichannel business strategies last spring when COVID-19 hit. To gauge how companies responded and shifted their omnichannel fulfillment as well as last-mile deliveries during the pandemic, research firm ARC Advisory Group conducted a survey in the second half of 2020 in partnership with DC Velocity, our sister publication.
