FAIRFAX, Va. – June 2, 2020 – InfinityQS® International, Inc. (InfinityQS), the global authority on data-driven enterprise quality, announces it is now offering an Online ProFicient™ Fundamentals Course to safely meet the quality management training needs of users. Delivered in a flexible, remote format, the three-day course incorporates live instruction, videos, and hands-on exercises conducted using ProFicient on Demand (PoD), the cloud-hosted version of ProFicient, InfinityQS’ flagship, real-time Statistical Process Control (SPC) software.

ProFicient provides manufacturers with the ability to monitor and analyze quality data in real time—enabling them to improve product quality, reduce waste, minimize costs, and meet production goals. Participants in this online ProFicient Fundamentals course will develop the foundational skills needed to successfully adopt and leverage ProFicient across their manufacturing enterprise.

Course learning objectives will include:
● Becoming an expert: How to confidently configure, deploy, and maintain ProFicient in your manufacturing environment
● Customizing ProFicient: How to build data entry, displays, and reports designed for your organization’s specific business needs
● Meeting user and customer needs: How to personalize charts, data analytics, and reporting options to suit internal users and external customers alike

Participants will also gain experience by working through real-world use cases. At the end of the three days, each participant will be presented with a certificate of completion, and will receive supporting resource materials to expand on the coursework covered. The course is designed for quality professionals and managers responsible for administrating ProFicient software at their facility.

Doug Fair, Chief Operating Officer of InfinityQS, said, “We are committed to helping our clients achieve their quality goals and get the most value from our Quality Intelligence solutions. We aim to deliver all the support, training, and resources they need for success—and will continue to do so as the world adapts in the wake of COVID-19. By offering ProFicient Fundamentals training online, we can ensure that our customers or users develop the skills and expertise they need—while still maintaining physical distancing guidelines and prioritizing the health of their team members.”
