Scout RFP Appoints Yvette Kamperin to Head Talent Acquisition

Scout RFP, the company that is reinventing Sourcing and Procurement, today welcomed the latest addition to its growing executive team, Yvette Kamperin, as Vice President of Talent Acquisition. Kamperin will oversee headcount at Scout to meet the company's global hyper-growth numbers.

"Yvette has more than 20 years of experience in talent acquisition at fast-growing technology companies like Scout, and we are thrilled to have her join our executive team," said Alex Yakubovich, CEO of Scout RFP. "At Scout, our core mission is to obsess over the customer, and that begins internally. Yvette's expertise will allow us to continue building an energetic, motivated, and customer-obsessed company as we expand globally and right here in San Francisco."

Kamperin is widely known for building high-performance talent acquisition teams and successfully opening offices around the world. Prior to joining Scout, Kamperin led talent acquisition at companies such as Recurly, Vungle, and Marin Software, where she assisted in building the company from startup to global expansion and through an IPO. Kamperin also founded HireBoost, a boutique staffing firm focused on filling key positions.

"Scout's sourcing and supplier engagement platform does what no other sourcing solution can do - the platform saves enterprises considerable amounts of money while at the same time allowing everyone, no matter the title, to understand where those savings come from," says Yvette Kamperin. "I am excited to join this dynamic, fast-paced organization and accelerate the company's mission with the industry's top talent."

Kamperin's addition to the Scout executive team follows the company's welcome of Chris Wada, VP of Product, and appointment of Michaela Dempsey as VP of Demand.
