Chainway Launches New Generation P80 Industrial Tablet

Chainway, a global provider of products and solutions of RFID, barcode and biometrics technologies, releases its fully upgraded industrial tablet P80. It enables faster and more stable processing, which can perform multiple fulfilments in various industries to increase efficiency and boost productivity.

The newly upgraded P80 is equipped with Qualcomm Octa-core processor, Android 9.0 OS. and 2GB RAM+16GB ROM/ 3GB RAM+32GB ROM, delivering more robust data processing capability and improved operating performance. And it also boasts 8-inch large screen with a display resolution of 1920x1200 for wider visual experience, and a battery capacity of 8000mAh for ultra-long battery life.

With diverse optional functions, including barcode scanning, RFID reading and writing, HF / NFC, or fingerprint, iris recognition, infrared, etc., Chainway P80 can be utilized in almost all industries, such as shoe and clothing retail, logistics, warehouse management, power patrol inspection, power meter reading, and so forth, which helps enterprises enhance operational efficiency, lower costs and strengthen competitiveness. For instance, P80 can be integrated with enhanced optional UHF RFID performance. It supports two types of UHF configurations that cover built-in UHF and external UHF, which can be applied by users according to their actual needs. Both configurations are configured with embedded Impinj R2000 chip and high-powered circularly polarized antennas. And they offer best-in-class UHF reading and writing of tags that enable read distance of over 15m outdoors. In addition, it supports optional excellent barcode scanning that allows fast and accurate capture of 1D/2D barcodes, even those dirty, damaged and poorly-printed codes. And the optional biometrics covering fingerprint, iris and facial recognition make P80 to be deployed in population census and election with high-levels of safety against identity fraud.
