ARRIVE LOGISTICS APPOINTS SEASONED LEADERSHIP TO SUPPORT FURTHER UNPRECEDENTED GROWTH

AUSTIN, Texas (April 16, 2019) — Arrive Logistics, a technology-powered transportation service provider, announced it has expanded its deep leadership bench by welcoming two key additions to its team: Chief Financial Officer, Richard Shields, and Executive Vice President of Product, Michael Senftleber. Both will be instrumental in advancing the company's growth-focused initiatives.

We are thrilled to be able to welcome Richard and Michael," said Matt Pyatt, co-founder and CEO of Arrive Logistics. "Richard comes to us with extensive experience as a four time public CFO and Michael is a notable talent, having led the Product department at one of the top tech companies here in Austin. Their addition to our team brings a diverse range of experience and they will both play an integral part in our organization as Arrive continues its accelerated growth."

About Richard Shields, Chief Financial Officer
With over 20 years of experience in high growth companies, Shields joins Arrive Logistics from YETI, bringing with him international operating experience and a strong background in technology, manufacturing, branded consumer products and multi-location retail. Shields holds an MBA from the University of Notre Dame and is a certified public accountant. As a proven leader with strong business and financial expertise, Shields will drive the company through its next phase of financial growth as the new Chief Financial Officer of Arrive Logistics.

About Michael Senftleber, Executive Vice President of Product
Previously with Spredfast, Senftleber is a seasoned product executive with 20 years of experience in product strategy, vision and leadership. Senftleber holds a degree in computer science from the University of Florida, and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin. Prior to overseeing Product at Arrive Logistics, Senftleber managed a SaaS product suite and led product operations functions, enterprise platform strategies and development and delivery of next-generation technology solutions.
