GREENE, N.Y., April 8, 2019 — The Raymond Corporation unveils its new intralogistics solutions during ProMat 2019 held April 8-11 at Chicago's McCormick Place. Attendees can visit Raymond's two booths, 1803 and 2003, to see the innovative, intelligent warehouse solutions, material handling and facility solutions in action and to learn more about the newest offerings that support these functions. The breadth of these solutions works to optimize a customer's entire operation, create productivity and actionable insights through connectivity, and transform operations through automation.

"Because warehouses are constantly driven to deliver and improve, our goal at Raymond is to continually evolve our products and introduce new solutions to proactively address our customers' challenges today while identifying opportunities to adapt to their needs of tomorrow. Our intralogistics solutions portfolio is a result of closely working with these customers," said Michael Field, CEO, Raymond. "With smart, leading-edge technology and dependable trucks with integrated intelligence, Raymond is helping solve supply chain and logistics challenges that enable customers to achieve maximum productivity and efficiency in our on-demand world that is always on."

To further illustrate its intralogistics solutions, Raymond is conducting product demos, in-booth experiences and expert-led speaking sessions on industry hot topics. At Booth 1803, Raymond will be showcasing smart intralogistics solutions, including industry-leading lifts trucks, virtual reality learning and energy solutions. At Booth 2003, Raymond will feature smart intralogistics solutions showcasing a full-spectrum of automation in action.

New products and features:
To highlight its wide range of intelligent warehouse solutions, Raymond will showcase numerous new products and solutions, including:

Automation solutions featuring the Raymond Courier™ 3030 stacker automated lift truck with Seegrid guided vision technology
This new, versatile Raymond Courier™ 3030 is a 2,500-pound-capacity automated stacker that combines Seegrid unparalleled guided vision technology with Raymond's end-to-end warehouse solutions for an answer to the industry need to automate end-of-line and P&D (pick-up and drop-off) applications. Ideal for handling and transporting goods between connected manufacturing and warehouse facilities, the Raymond Courier™ 3030 stacker automated lift truck helps maximize workforce productivity and drive down labor costs. The reverse motion and auto-engagement functions optimize workflow and increase productivity. The Raymond Courier™ 3030 stacker automated lift truck has a second-level vertical capability to reach heights up to 72 inches.

Zoning and Positioning
Raymond's zoning-and-positioning solution provides a fast and simple way to improve consistency, productivity and efficiency, helping minimize pick errors and variability through floor-embedded radio frequency identification reader (RFID) sensors that transmit instructions to a lift truck.

In-Aisle Detection System
Raymond's In-Aisle Detection System, used in conjunction with wire guidance in very narrow aisles, is designed as a training reinforcement tool to provide notice of the proximity of a truck to certain objects and will decelerate a truck to a complete stop when such objects are detected.

Lithium-ion Battery Technology
Raymond's single- and double-capacity lithium-ion batteries help customers enhance productivity and push operations to meet higher consumer demands, bringing steady performance throughout the duty cycle.

Expert-led speaking sessions:
Raymond will further showcase its expertise around intralogistics solutions during the following seminars that are open to all ProMat attendees:
• "What's next in big data and fleet management?"
o Monday, April 8 (2:15 to 3 p.m.), Theater F
• "Focusing on optimization before investing in automation"
