Command Alkon Announces Additional Panelist, Tammy Presswood, to Participate in the "Women in the Industry" Webinar

Birmingham, AL - April 4, 2109 - Command Alkon, the Leading Supplier Collaboration Platform for Construction's Heavy Work, is pleased to announce the addition of Tammy Presswood as a panelist in the "Women in the Industry" webinar taking place April 23 at 1 pm CDT.

"I am so excited to welcome Tammy Presswood to participate in this webinar," said Karli Langner, Marketing Content Specialist at Command Alkon. "Her background in Human Resources perfectly positions her to discuss the impact that women have had in breaking the glass ceiling and pursuing nontraditional careers. I'm eager to learn about her experience as a woman in the construction space and her ideas on how the industry can evolve to embrace more diversity and inclusion within the workforce."

Tammy currently serves as President of Federal Materials Company, LLC. She has held the position of President since January 2016. Prior to becoming President, Tammy held the position of Director of Human Resources since 2011 of Federal Materials Company, LLC's parent company, Harper Industries, Inc.

Continuous learning and community involvement, to promote both Federal Materials Company and the construction industry is Tammy's goal. Tammy is an active board member of the Kentucky Concrete Association, and the Association of General Contractors of Western Kentucky. Tammy became a member of YPO (Young Presidents Organization) in 2017, is a Leadership Paducah graduate and has served on the McCracken County High School Youth Services Center Council since its 2015 inception.

Be sure to sign up for the webinar on April 23 at 1pm CDT. You can do so by clicking here.
