Holland, MI and Orlando, FL - April 24, 2019 - BluJay Solutions, a leading provider of supply chain software and services, announced today at SOAR 2019 a series of executive appointments to drive the company's strategic vision to innovate the future of supply chain technology.

"BluJay has established one of the most accomplished and talented executive leadership teams in the supply chain industry - I'm delighted to welcome David, Chris, and Michael to the team," said Andrew Kirkwood, CEO of BluJay Solutions. "With our annual SOAR customer conference as the backdrop, it's appropriate that as we lay out our vision for the next phase of our evolution, we also highlight the full breadth of leadership capabilities that will drive this change. We have the products, the network, the data, and the partners to deliver high-performance supply chains that enable our customers to move at the pace required in this fast-changing environment. I'm excited about our future."

The executive leadership team appointments include:

David Landau, Chief Product Officer
Landau will lead BluJay's product strategy and vision, as well as overall direction of the full suite of solutions from conceptualization to product launch and post-launch performance. Landau joins BluJay with more than 20 years of industry experience serving as Executive Vice President of Cloud Logistics (acquired by E2Open), where he was responsible for sales, marketing and professional services; and Manhattan Associates, where he served in various leadership roles, most recently as Vice President of Product Management, leading product planning, strategy, and marketing efforts.

Chris Timmer, Chief Revenue Officer
In this newly created position, Timmer will be responsible for global go-to-market strategy, bookings, revenue retention, sales, sales operations, pre-sales, and partner activities. With nearly 30 years' experience in supply chain and subscription software businesses, Timmer has proven success in leading progressive growth-oriented companies. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President of Value-Added Services for Lineage Logistics, the world's largest provider of cold chain logistics, as well as Chief Commercial Officer for LeanLogistics.

Doug Surrett, Chief Strategy Officer
Surrett has been appointed to the newly created position of Chief Strategy Officer. In this role, he will oversee the development and execution of key initiatives across the organization, particularly acquisition planning and strategic partnerships. Surrett has 30 years of industry experience in key roles with United Parcel Service, RedPrairie (now JDA), and MercuryGate International, and also operated a supply chain execution consulting firm. He joined BluJay in 2016, most recently serving as Chief Product Strategist.

Michael Hunt, Chief Financial Officer
Hunt will be responsible for the company's investments, capital structure, and management of income and expenses. He has spent 15 years working in the subscription software business and has deep experience working for both private equity-backed and large listed businesses. Hunt previously served in CFO roles at Lumesse, a talent management software and services provider owned by Hg Capital, and NorthgateArinso, a global human capital management software and outsourcing provider.
