Greenville, N.C. (March 14, 2019) - Today's supply chain operations are subject to intense competitive pressure, with a greater variety of equipment and technologies at their disposal than ever. For lift truck dealers, success in such a climate demands consultative knowledge and dedicated, efficient support. With the 25th annual Dealer of Excellence Awards, Yale Materials Handling Corporation honors top-performing independent dealers who exhibit these qualities, enabling customers to achieve the highest levels of materials handling performance.

"Our entrepreneurial, independent dealer network is integral to providing the expert knowledge and support that drives customer satisfaction and attracts new business," says Bob Sattler, Vice President of Dealer Business Development. "Each year, the Dealer of Excellence recipients demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement and the safety of their associates, while meeting increasingly demanding recognition criteria. To consistently stand out among such a talented network of dealers is remarkable."

The Dealer of Excellence program evaluates dealers against rigorous standards for customer satisfaction, service, rental, training, new unit sales, aftermarket, engineered products and general management. Program criteria evolve each year to ensure recognized dealers align with changing industry demands and customer expectations.
