This is DMW&H's sixth consecutive win of this prestigious award presented by NJBIZ. The "Best Places to Work in New Jersey" award program recognizes and honors the state's top employers who show a dedication to their employees' professional growth and quality of life. DMW&H ranked #18 on the list of medium-sized companies.

Once in the program, the company goes through a two-part survey process designed to pinpoint areas of strength and weakness. The assessment determines the eligibility for the Best Places to Work in NJ list. Best Companies Group manages the survey process and performs the evaluation of the collected data. The list is broken down into three categories: 33 small companies (15-49 employees), 39 medium companies (50-249 employees), and 28 large companies (250+ employees).
