DTLR VILLA, LLC Standardizes on Aptos Retail Solutions in the Cloud, Adds Enterprise Order Managemen

August 8, 2018

ATLANTA, August 8, 2018 - Aptos, Inc., a recognized market leader in retail technology solutions, today announced DTLR VILLA, LLC (DTLR), a retail leader in lifestyle, footwear and apparel, has successfully deployed Aptos solutions in the cloud, across its enterprise and in nearly 240 stores.

The roll-out of Aptos solutions — including Aptos Store, CRM, Merchandising, Warehouse Management, and Audit and Operations Management — allows DTLR to streamline and standardize its technology infrastructure following an August 2017 merger. The retailer deployed all Aptos applications in the cloud, taking full advantage of accelerated implementations, increased speed-to-market and agility.

In the next phase of its technology transformation, DTLR will deploy Aptos Enterprise Order Management — also in the cloud — to enhance its omni-channel operations and to provide a differentiated shopping experience to its growing customer base.

Aptos Enterprise Order Management will work seamlessly with DTLR's existing Aptos solutions, including complete integration with Aptos Store, for a unified view of all in-store and digital touch points. Additionally, Aptos Enterprise Order Management will offer a centralized commerce hub to profitably manage all orders throughout their lifecycle, allowing DTLR to introduce advanced omni-channel shopping scenarios, including buy-online, pick-up-in-store and ship-from-store capabilities.

DTLR provides a one-stop shopping experience that addresses its consumers' desire to dress "from the shoe up." The brand currently operates 237 stores in 19 states and Washington, D.C., and e-commerce websites www.dtlr.com and www.ruvilla.com.

"DTLR takes great pride in offering customers an authentic experience every time they interact with our brand," said Glenn Gaynor, DTLR CEO. "To continue to provide this, we have renewed and standardized our investment in Aptos technology, including adding the powerful Aptos Enterprise Order Management solution. We're confident in Aptos' ability to support our brand as we enhance customer loyalty in communities nationwide."

"DTLR is a specialty retailer that offers distinctive, high-energy shopping experiences that evoke a neighborhood feel," said Noel Goggin, Aptos CEO and culture leader. "It was important for DTLR to choose a technology partner that could offer personalized customer engagement, while providing a robust and scalable platform for future growth. We are excited to support DTLR on its omni-channel transformation and expansion journey."
