HILLIARD, Ohio (July 16 2018) — VARGO®, a leading provider of material-handling systems integration, warehouse execution software and equipment solutions for major fulfillment and distribution centers, has hired Brian Pulfer as the company's new solutions development and data analytics manager.

Pulfer will lead the development of innovative material handling systems solution designs. Additionally, he will own end-to-end implementation of analytics engagements with VARGO customers, support sales engagements and drive the analytics services of ongoing operations.

"We are excited to have Brian join our team," said Bart Cera, COO and CFO at VARGO®. "His knowledge of the operational and financial aspects of running a large fulfillment operation will be an unquestionable resource for our customers."

Before joining the VARGO®, Pulfer worked for 17 years at Exel/DHL Supply Chain, most recently in the capacity of general manager, industrial engineering manager and senior supply chain analyst.

"I look forward to putting my experience in supply chain and logistics to work for VARGO®," Pulfer said. "Having worked with VARGO® as a vendor, I can provide a unique understanding of customers' needs and can apply a creative-thinking approach to our development of solutions."

Pulfer has a Master of Business Administration from Ashland University in Ashland, Ohio, and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from The Ohio State University.

Pulfer lives in Delaware, Ohio (ZIP Code 43015).
