Aftermarket Analytics Launches New Software to Assist Manufacturers Who Want Help Reducing Excess I

May 11, 2018
No Comments

Aftermarket Analytics has launched, Inventory Analyst (IA), a new web-based software solution designed to help aftermarket companies who lack accurate inventory planning information.

Justin Holman, CEO of Aftermarket Analytics says the company is excited to make its robust part-level demand forecasting engine available to the industry that includes an interface for modifying replacement rate models. He acknowledges that it has been an expensive and time-consuming challenge for aftermarket companies to turn massive data into actionable knowledge.

"Inventory Analyst provides an affordable solution for companies of all sizes who want help solving their supply chain efficiency challenges," said Holman. "It's no secret that excess inventory has eroded industry profits, which means suppliers must improve their sales forecasting and inventory planning activities. Our software provides decision makers with better data, so they can achieve the goal of getting the right inventory to the right place at the right time."

The initial version of the software was launched in April 2018 with improved demand analysis information at the county and ZIP code levels. IA includes vehicles in operation (VIO) data and allows users to develop customized replacement rate modeling forecasts by year, make and model.

"The feedback we have already received in software demos with the industry have been very pleasing," explained Holman. "Users have told us that Inventory Analyst is intuitive to use. In addition, they quickly recognize the time and money saving benefits that can be achieved."

Inventory Analyst is available now and is priced at $3,000 per month. Aftermarket Analytics offers a free, 30-day trial of its demand analysis software for new clients. The company works on a monthly subscription fee, with no minimum contract required. Users can cancel their subscription at any time. Aftermarket Analytics has limited its first set of new clients to 20 so it can continue to provide exceptional customer service.

The company invites members of the automotive aftermarket to find out how IA can help improve profits with better inventory planning information. For more information and a demonstration of IA, contact David Taylor, director of sales and marketing at 719-924-5245, via email at IA@aftermarketanalytics.com, or visit www.aftermarketanalytics.com.
