Utrecht, the Netherlands - March 13, 2018: DiManEx, a cloud-based, end-to-end service provider for distributed 3D manufacturing, today announced a strategic partnership with Wipro Limited (NYSE: WIT, BSE: 507685, NSE: WIPRO), a leading global information technology, consulting and business process services company. Wipro has been providing engineering support to DiManEx from part to printing. This strategic partnership will increase the availability of high quality, industrial Additive Manufacturing (3D printing) services for enterprises across the globe. DiManEx and Wipro are placing Additive Manufacturing at the heart of the digital supply chain in a pragmatic way; enabling supply chain optimization and preparing customers for the imminent digital future.

Building on its extensive consulting and engineering experience, Wipro will collaborate with DiManEx to offer services for the distributed manufacturing of 3D printed parts and provide a digital inventory of parts for its clients. The partnership will focus on customers who recognize the value that 3D printing can bring to their supply chain and want to order spare parts on demand, anywhere. Targeted industries include automotive, aerospace, healthcare, hi-tech, domestic appliances, telecom and other parts intensive engineering-sectors.

Customers can make use of the service throughout each stage of the product life cycle - whether it be in the first stage of the product life cycle (by means of engineering services), during the production stage (by means of mass customization) or at the end of a product life cycle (by means of a virtual warehouse). Furthermore, this partnership offers customers access to a global ecosystem of high quality partners, providing access to the latest 3D engineering & manufacturing technology, while guaranteeing the best manufacturing quality.

"We see an evolution in distributed manufacturing across OEMs, which plays a key role to solve the challenges faced in supply chain management today. We are excited about this partnership and committed to solve manufacturing and supply chain challenges across multiple industries. Wipro's end to end solutions in additive manufacturing, integrated with DiManEx's distributed manufacturing platform, will enable us to provide a complete digital inventory service for companies that want to further optimize their supply chain," says Anita Ganti, Senior Vice President & Global Head of Product Engineering Services, Wipro Limited.

"We see the interest in additive manufacturing increasing as supply chain leaders become aware of its advantages. We are proud to combine the global reach, quality and extensive range of services provided by Wipro with our innovative digital supply chain services, and to jointly bring the benefits of this cooperation to our global customers," says Pieter Ruijssenaars, Founder & CCO, DiManEx B.V.
