With more than 1,300 military service members, spouses, and children transitioning into civilian communities each day, the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP) wants to help open doors for three eligible military veterans.

For the veterans selected, CSCMP will cover all registration costs for its annual global conference, EDGE 2019, being held September 15-18 in Anaheim, California (housing accommodations or meals outside the conference are not included).

Veterans will also receive a one-year CSCMP membership and enrollment in one SCPro Fundamentals Certification program. The certification program consists of three certification levels that indicate an individual's supply chain knowledge and skills across integrated supply activities.

Interested veterans must meet the following qualifications:

  • Must have served in the U.S. military, currently have or in the process of having veteran status
  • Experience in supply chain or logistics fields during military service
  • Currently seeking employment in supply chain or logistics
  • Live in Anaheim, California, or the surrounding area

The application deadline is June 1. For more information or to apply, please visit cscmp.org.
