More from us, coming to you more often

Those of you who are used to receiving our Supply Chain Executive Insight e-newsletter may be surprised to receive it this week. The following thought may have run through your head: "Wait ... didn't I just get this newsletter last week?"

The answer to that question is "sort of." We did indeed transmit an e-newsletter on December 28. And, although it looks somewhat different, this is Supply Chain Executive Insight. But there's a significant difference between this edition and the newsletter we've been producing for nearly a decade: Supply Chain Executive Insight is now a weekly, rather than a monthly, publication.

By increasing the frequency we will be able to bring you more news and expert-contributed articles—including all of the digital-only content we publish on our website, www.supplychainquarterly.com. In this we are following the lead of our sister publication, DC Velocity, which will contribute news from its own Velocity Weekly newsletter from time to time. We'll also feature news from the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP) in a weekly "CSCMP Notebook" section. Additionally, Executive Insight's new format includes opportunities for advertisers and sponsors to share their white papers, case studies, and other useful information resources with the newsletter's 28,000-plus subscribers.

We do our best to provide supply chain professionals with information that is both interesting and useful. Ultimately, by expanding our Supply Chain Executive Insight e-newsletter from monthly to weekly, we hope to help you stay better informed.

Note: You can sign up for Executive Insight and other Supply Chain Quarterly newsletters here.
