The search is on for the 2018 CSCMP's Supply Chain Hall of Fame honorees. Established in 2016, CSCMP's Supply Chain Hall of Fame recognizes individuals who have made outstanding contributions to the supply chain discipline.

To be eligible for this award, each nominee must fall under one of the following three categories:

  • Industry transformers, who have created an innovative supply chain technology, business, or process or who have driven legislation or regulation that has transformed the industry
  • Knowledge creators and communicators, such as researchers, authors, journalists, and consultants
  • Industry leaders/practitioners

Additionally CSCMP Distinguished Award winners are automatically inducted into the Hall of Fame.

A nominee must have at least 20 years of experience in the supply chain and logistics fields. He or she must also have achieved significant success in the industry, illustrated extraordinary leadership skills, and served as a role model to supply chain students, young professionals, and budding entrepreneurs.

The submission deadline is December 31, 2017. Please click here to download the 2018 Supply Chain Hall of Fame nomination form.

The Hall of Fame nominating committee, a group of seven members chosen by CSCMP's board of directors, will create an annual ballot with a maximum of 20 candidates. Current candidates may include previous-year candidates who received a minimum number of votes. Voting will be completed by the end of February 2018, and the winners will be recognized at CSCMP's 2018 EDGE Supply Chain Conference.
