Face-to-face with supply chain thought leaders

Did you ever wish that you could sit down (perhaps over coffee) with Deverl Maserang, the executive vice president of global supply chain management at Starbucks and pick his brain for 10 minutes? Or talk with Prof. Yossi Sheffi of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology about his latest research into business resiliency and cybersecurity?

Time, space, and work schedules might make this difficult, but a new series of videos from CSCMP's Supply Chain Quarterly could be the next best thing.

Filmed during the 2015 Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP) Annual Conference in San Diego, our "Supply Chain Spotlight" videos feature leading members of the supply chain community talking about their professional paths and passions.

These conversations, which typically run under 10 minutes, cover a range of topics, from CSCMP's new Web-based programs and services that seek to bridge the generational gap to advice on how to attract new talent and how supply chains can help to solve social problems.

In these videos, you will hear sage advice from supply chain stalwarts like Maserang and Kevin Smith, CEO of Sustainable Supply Chain Consulting. You'll also gain new perspectives from up-and-coming supply chain stars, such as Chris Ricciardi at Logistical Labs and the recipients of CSCMP's 2015 Emerging Leader Award, Ravi Kiran Unnam and Eyual Getahun.
