The supply chain management discipline has seen exponential change in the 50 years since CSCMP was founded. And there's undoubtedly more to come: change is a constant in business, and as supply chain professionals, we must always be prepared for whatever may be around the corner.

That's why CSCMP continually works to stay on the leading edge and be relevant to modern businesses and supply chain professionals. As an organization, we are committed to providing our members with information, services, and opportunities that meet their needs, not just for the moment but also for the future.

One way we do that is through the three most important elements of our mission: Connect, Develop, and Educate. Consider the critical role these three focus areas can play in your career:

Connect. There's no replacement for one-to-one connection and interaction. CSCMP wires you directly to a worldwide network of individuals who are experts in our field and are delighted to share their knowledge with fellow members. We make it possible for you to connect with them at a variety of gatherings, from an intimate roundtable meeting to our annual conference, the world's premier supply chain event.

In addition, there's no better resource to help you find, acquire, and advance supply chain management talent than CSCMP. If you're seeking to fill a key position or are looking for a new opportunity yourself, we can help.

Develop. Whether you are just starting out or have years of experience, there is no better "garden" in which to grow your career than CSCMP. Students and young professionals can take advantage of our many developmental programs that are tailored to novice supply chain managers. Our initiatives for up-and-coming supply chain managers can assist mid-level practitioners in fast-tracking their careers. And, if you're a senior leader, we provide the platform for you to share your wisdom and experience with the next generation of supply chain leaders.

Educate. We offer our members unrivaled opportunities to explore what's next in the supply chain world. Our integrated programs involving hands-on learning, mentorship, and leadership development inspire and develop the talent in our member community, and thereby strengthen the entire profession.

CSCMP also offers an extraordinary array of educational resources for members at all levels of business and at every stage in their career. That includes world-class, unbiased primary research conducted and written by our practitioner and academic members.

At CSCMP, we work hard to keep you on the cutting edge, pushing you to think in new ways about both the practice of supply chain management and your career journey. From our international conference to our numerous networking and smaller industry gatherings throughout the year, a CSCMP membership provides unparalleled opportunities for connection, education, and inspiration to grow your career, achieve success, and realize your dreams.
